This policy explains how A&B Waltham Concrete handles the information you share with us through this website. We're a concrete contractor in Waltham, MA, and most of what we collect is what we need to answer your question, set up an estimate and do the job you hire us for.

When you fill out our contact form or call us, we usually ask for your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a short description of the job, like a cracked driveway or a new patio. We need the property address so our crew can come out and look at the site.
You may also send photos or details about your house, your timing or your budget. We only use those to understand the job and price it.
